Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the KGY Beauty website and the purchase of products from us. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

KGY Beauty operates from Door #1 Rodisa Bldg., Kagay-an Beauty and Wellness Center. You can reach us at admin@kgybeauty.com or +63 956 958 1156.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline an order (for example, if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we cannot deliver to your address). When we accept, you will receive an order confirmation. Product images are for illustration; shade and packaging may vary slightly.

Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱). Free shipping applies to orders over ₱2,000. Orders below that amount may include a shipping fee shown at checkout.

Payment

We currently accept:

• Cash on delivery (COD)
• PayPal, when that option is enabled at checkout

For COD, payment is due when the order is received. For PayPal, payment is collected when you approve the PayPal transaction. Title to goods passes when we receive payment and dispatch the order, or on delivery for COD, as applicable.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Please give accurate contact and delivery information so we can fulfill your order.

Use of the website

You may not misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it unreasonably, or place fraudulent orders). Product descriptions and content on the site belong to KGY Beauty unless otherwise noted.

Limitation of liability

Beauty and skincare products affect people differently. Always patch-test and follow product directions. To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine consumer law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines and related regulations.

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
